准教授 久我宣裕 [博士（工学）]
Nobuhiro Kuga earned the B.S.E.E. and the
M.S.E.E. at Yokohama National University
in 1992 and 1994, respectively. He received
the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering
from Yokonama National University in 1997.
From April 1997 to March 1999, Dr. Kuga was
with the Optoelectronic Laboratry at Hitachi
Cable, Ltd. at Hitachi-city in Japan.
From April 1999 to March 2004, Dr. Kuga was
Tokyo Institute of Polytechnics, as associate professor
in Division of Electronics and Computer Engineering.
Dr. Kuga has been with Yokohama Natl. Univ. since 2004,
as assistant professor in Division of Electronics and Computer Engineering.
Dr. Kuga is a member of the Institute of
Electronics and Communication Engineers of
Japan, and IEEE.
